R2/RIOS combines the Responsible Recycling (R2) practices developed by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and key stakeholders with the Recycling Industry Operating Standard (RIOS) certification developed by the Institute for Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI). RCR&R earned the certification following an extensive audit conducted by an ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board third-party auditor.
